1. Eat Protein with every meal *This will help you maintain muscle keeping your metabolism high. Reduce hunger and keep you feeling full*
  2. Track you calories with MyFitnessPal *There is no getting around it you need to be in a calorific deficit to lose weight. There is more too it but start by multiplying your body weight in lbs by 10 and stick to this as a MINIMUM AMOUNT*
  3. Drink 2 litres of water per day as a minimum *This will keep you hydrated, flush out toxins and help your body burn fat*
  4. Have an powerful goal not just numbers! *Having a strong emotional goal with fire you up to stay the course and help you avoid blips or giving up entirely think back to a time when you wanted something so much almost as much as air!
